We are writing to inform you that we are resuming operations at BWU1 on a limited basis and have started fulfilling customer orders. Your impacted ASINs should now start appearing as “active” on Seller Central. As we are temporarily operating at limited capacity, the delivery promise for these ASINs will be impacted until operations at BWU1 are able to resume at full capacity. We expect that delivery promises will improve in the coming days as the FC increases its operational capacity, and will keep you updated as we know more.
Please also note:
Inbound deliveries: We are unable to accept inbound deliveries at this time but hope to provide you with details on when this will resume shortly.
Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) orders: Certain MCF orders were cancelled due to a technical issue. To address this, we recommend that you recreate these orders in Seller Central. The delivery promise for MCF orders will also be impacted until operations at BWU1 are able to resume at full capacity.
We appreciate your patience as we prioritise the health and safety of the employees and visitors to the site, and will come back to you with further information as soon as possible.
Thank you, Fulfilment by Amazon

Dear Selling Partner We are writing to provide a further update regarding the temporary pause to operations at BWU1. We are working closely with NSW Health and will provide an update on when we expect to resume operations as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience at this time. We understand that certain Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) orders have been cancelled in Seller Central. We are working through this technical issue as a matter of priority. We recommend that you hold off from creating new MCF orders until we are able to resolve this issue. We will provide another update as soon as possible. Please find further FAQs below. Thank you for your understanding, Fulfilment by Amazon
When did the exposure occur? The dates of potential exposure are Wednesday 7th July from 17.45pm to Friday 9th July 14.05pm.
We are writing to advise that due to a confirmed case of COVID-19 at BWU1, operations will be paused out of an abundance of caution. As a result, any inventory only stored at BWU1 will appear on Seller Central as “inactive out of stock” and impacted ASINs are currently unavailable for purchase. We have also paused any arrivals and departures from site, including internal transfers to other fulfilment centres.
Please engage your transport team immediately to withhold drivers coming to our site for pick-up or delivery until we come back to you with more details. Please note: • You will still be able to create Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) orders. However, due to the impact on operations at BWU1, the delivery promise for MCF orders is likely to be impacted. • We are not accepting any removal orders from BWU1 at this time. Any removal orders that you have already placed for BWU1 will be delayed. We are working with NSW Health and will be in touch once we know more.
